Your role is pivotal in transforming business objectives into functional software components that support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and validation.
• Document application designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing and maintenance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of customer service processes and how they integrate with software solutions.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce environment.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment best practices.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
