Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance overall system performance are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Sales and Distribution modules to meet business requirements.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and integration points within SAP environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP Sales and Distribution functionalities.
• Familiarity with SAP system enhancements, user exits, and BADI implementations to extend standard capabilities.

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
