Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance requirements within the United States.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Workday Payroll modules to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration of Workday Payroll with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
