Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Strong knowledge of integration design and development within Workday environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Workday applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday integrations.
- Familiarity with web services, XML, XSLT, and related technologies used in Workday Studio.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- Mandatory to have Workday Related certification for the Primary skill and 15 years full time education.
