Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based application design and configuration principles.
• Experience in integrating complex business processes into scalable software solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges within communication cloud environments.
