• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM.
• Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and master data management principles.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable data workflows and data quality solutions.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and optimize performance of data management systems.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
