• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with junior professionals to support their integration and contribution to project goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
• Strong understanding of integration design principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Workday integration tools and technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Familiarity with data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques relevant to Workday integrations.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
• This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
