- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation process to ensure alignment with project goals and standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment models related to contact center solutions.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with integration of contact center platforms with other enterprise systems.
