- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within CRM environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems.
- Competence in writing clean, maintainable code and performing code reviews to ensure quality standards.
