Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison between various stakeholders. The position demands coordinating efforts across teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance project outcomes.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
• Experience with cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytics solutions within Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of data integration, migration, and transformation techniques using Azure tools.
• Ability to design scalable and secure data architectures leveraging Azure platform capabilities.
• Familiarity with monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing data services in a cloud environment.
• Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices in cloud deployments.
