Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of application design and functional specifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and usability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms within the SAP environment.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to work with SAP HANA database technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
