- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance.
- Document software designs, processes, and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and remote desktop services.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to application delivery and desktop virtualization environments.
- Knowledge of system performance tuning and resource optimization in virtualized infrastructures.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline administrative tasks.
- Ability to monitor and maintain security standards within virtual application and desktop environments.
