• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance application design and functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM modules and their integration capabilities.
• Experience in designing and configuring business processes within Workday applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in software configuration.
