Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and define detailed requirements. Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting, Workday Core Integrations, Reporting Analytics.
- Strong expertise in designing and developing complex reports and dashboards within Workday environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing Workday reporting performance to meet business needs.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for custom reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with data extraction, transformation, and loading processes relevant to Workday reporting.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
