Professional & Technical Skills:

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and data transformation processes.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data mapping and conversion issues.
- Experience in working with enterprise resource planning systems and related data structures.
