Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
  • Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs.
  • Experience in customizing software solutions to meet diverse business needs.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
