• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and technical strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Java Enterprise Edition technologies.
• In-depth understanding of application architecture, including multi-tier and service-oriented architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex environments.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions within enterprise ecosystems.
