- Conduct testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet the defined requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with various programming languages relevant to application development.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
