- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in problem-solving activities.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and suggest improvements to enhance application performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Strong knowledge of data transformation techniques and experience in handling complex data migration tasks.
- Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience with software design principles and application lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with integration strategies and tools to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
