• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
• Document application designs, configurations, and changes to maintain clear and accessible records.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and software development life cycle.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within mainframe environments.
• Ability to optimize and maintain legacy systems while integrating new functionalities.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
