As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in your work.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with integration tools and techniques within the Workday ecosystem.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software testing and debugging processes.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Mandatory requirement to report to Gurugram office location for 3 days in a week, 15 years full time education
