Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions that meet project requirements and client expectations. The engineer actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and adapts plans to maintain alignment with overall objectives, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Contact Center QM.
  • Strong understanding of contact center technologies and quality management systems.
  • Experience in application design, configuration, and deployment within customer engagement platforms.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective resolutions.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and cross-functional collaboration in software projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software engineering tasks.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Genesys Contact Center QM.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
