• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Good To Have Skills: Program Project Management, Workday Project Management (PM).
• Strong understanding of Workday application architecture and configuration best practices.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within Workday environments.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Workday.
