Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Angular (frontend) and Spring Boot (backend) to drive development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to contribute across the full software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications using Angular and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using Angular (latest versions preferred).
• Develop robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit/integration testing.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with back-end development using Java-based frameworks and RESTful services.
• Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Angular (v8+) and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with Spring Boot, Java, and microservices architecture.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
