• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.
• Document design specifications and development processes to support future maintenance and upgrades.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Time Tracking.
• Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles within Workday environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to time tracking and attendance modules.
• Ability to customize and extend Workday applications to meet unique business requirements.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Workday systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and scalable solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday US Time Tracking.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required experienced resource and certified preferred.
