• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in developing scalable and maintainable web applications using component-based architecture.
• Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce components with external systems and APIs.
• Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques within Salesforce environments.
