Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
  • Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
  • Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs related to ServiceNow applications.
  • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
