- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing responsive and dynamic user interfaces using component-based architecture.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks related to Salesforce development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, including data modeling, security, and integration capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues to ensure smooth functionality.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
