As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Document design specifications and application configurations to maintain clear communication within the team.
  • Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
  • Experience with component development and template creation within Adobe Experience Manager environments.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems and web application architecture.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support AEM development.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality.
  • Knowledge of integrating Adobe Experience Manager with other enterprise systems and services.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
