As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into effective software designs, ensuring that the solutions are both efficient and aligned with the overall business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
• Strong understanding of RESTful services and API design principles.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deploying applications and basic to good understanding of Python, specifically Flask and Flask AppBuilder.
• Ability to work with agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning and reviews.
• Should be proficient in java 17 and 22 with expert knowledge on best practices, JVM tuning/debugging, triage.
• Should have basic knowledge on React framework.
• Hands-on Expert knowledge in microservices, gRPC , OSGi based software development and Kafka streaming (or any JMS) service, in Apache Camel or Spring Integration , in AWS platform EKS, monitoring, deployment, best practices.
• Should be expert in troubleshooting issues with a broad thinking capability when analysing the problem statement. Should have knowledge to read APM metrics and performance tune the platform.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
