As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application solutions meet the intended requirements and quality standards. The engineer continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and adapts plans to deliver effective software solutions within the project scope.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their growth.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
• Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles within cloud environments.
• Ability to implement scalable and secure solutions using platform-as-a-service offerings.
• Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools to streamline application lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure application health and performance.

• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
