Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
• Strong understanding of various machine learning models and their practical applications.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning solutions.
• Ability to work with large datasets, including data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in machine learning projects.
• Capability to evaluate model performance and optimize algorithms for improved accuracy and efficiency.
