• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance within SAP environments.
• Experience in customizing and enhancing SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet specific organizational needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP HCM Payroll and other enterprise systems.
