Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions are effectively developed and aligned with project goals. The engineer continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and coordinates resources to deliver high-quality software products that meet organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Build Tool, Snowflake Data Warehouse, Microsoft Azure Data Services.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse, Microsoft Azure Data Services.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and transformation techniques.
• Experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines and workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data build processes for efficiency and reliability.
