• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and performance.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TrackWise Quality Management Software.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and developing scalable software components using modern programming frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with integration of software modules and ensuring seamless interoperability.
