Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong experience in front-end development and component-based architecture.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce components with backend services and APIs.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and modern web technologies.
• Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing web applications for performance and scalability.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations to design effective solutions.
