You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet expectations, and continuously refining the applications to support evolving business objectives. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a focus on delivering functional and efficient software solutions that enhance operational workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and web standards.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems using APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform features such as Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce data model.
• Knowledge of debugging and performance optimization techniques within Salesforce environments.
