POSITION TITLE Sr Associate, ServiceNow Knowledge Management and Search Tech Lead
ROLE SUMMARY As the ServiceNow KM & Search Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront of the digital
transformation journey. You will leverage your technical expertise to drive the development and implementation of ServiceNow KM solutions and our AI Enabled search solutions that will shape the future of our business operations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our teams have access to the services they need to support the business operations.
Role Responsibilities
Work with ServiceNow product squads to develop Knowledge Management capabilities.
Manage ServiceNow s AI search ensuring fast, accurate search results and natural language engagement.
Develop, document, implement and maintain ServiceNow stories.
Communicate plans, schedules, status, and results across organization.
Train and lead ServiceNow squads on aligning processes for optimal Knowledge Management maintenance and well-orchestrated search results.
Maintain knowledge of KM and AI Search through continued education, conferences, and training.
Basic Qualifications
Applicant must have a Bachelor s degree with at least two years of relevant experience OR Master s degree.
2 years of ServiceNow experience.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications.
Demonstrate communication and documentation skills.
Demonstrate ability to work and communicate collaboratively with different business areas.
Comfortable working with translating functional requirements into technical designs.
Experience working in an Agile project environment (SAFe or Scrum preferred) with an emphasis on frequently delivering functional software releases at a sustainable pace.
Preferred Qualifications
HRSD, CSM or ITSM ServiceNow Implementor Certification
Strong problem-solver, able to troubleshoot complex issues and find innovative solutions.
Proven ability to understand business processes and identify technical solutions.
Strong organization and time management skills., 15 years full time education
