As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness. Your role is dynamic, requiring attention to detail and adaptability to evolving business demands, ensuring that the software solutions you develop contribute meaningfully to organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Maintain and update existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document design specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration best practices within ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Experience in customizing workflows, forms, and user interfaces to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow applications with other enterprise systems.

• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
