As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to utilize modern frameworks and agile practices, ensuring the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and optimizing existing software components to improve performance and functionality, while maintaining a focus on quality and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter.
- Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
- Experience with database management systems and SQL.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
