Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional with strong expertise in both Health Cloud Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce solutions that improve patient engagement, healthcare workflows, and customer service experiences.
This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, functional understanding of healthcare processes, and hands-on Salesforce configuration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate should be Salesforce Health Cloud certified.
Lead or contribute to Salesforce Health Cloud implementations, focusing on patient management, care coordination, and provider-patient relationship mapping.
Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, and CTI integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Design and implement custom objects, Lightning components, Flows, Apex triggers, and Process Builders to meet business needs.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party apps, and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.
Define and implement security models, including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and HIPAA compliance guidelines.
Participate in data migration and cleansing activities.
Provide UAT support, documentation, and end-user training.
Should be willing to work in Shift B. 12PM-10PM
