As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging processes to enhance application functionality and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in software development practices.

- Assist in the documentation of software specifications and design processes.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe, MySQL, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting software applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of software testing principles and practices.
