Summary:

Independently deliver defined SAP Datasphere data-integration, modeling, assessment and remediation activities with traceable evidence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configure connections, remote tables, replication flows, data flows, transformation flows, SQL or graphical views, spaces and analytical models.
• Build and validate source-aligned, harmonized and consumption-ready data models with appropriate semantics, measures, hierarchies and associations.
• Execute data profiling, reconciliation, delta validation, data-quality checks, performance testing and failed-load recovery document findings.
• Implement role and space assignments, data access controls, cross-space sharing, lineage documentation and operational runbooks.
• Support SAP Analytics Cloud consumption, APIs or other approved clients, release validation, monitoring and incident resolution.
• Maintain RAG ratings, risks, dependencies, technical decisions and remediation actions with evidence traceability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: SAP Datasphere, data integration, federation and replication, spaces, data flows, transformation flows, SQL and graphical modeling, analytical models, semantic modeling, security and governance.
• Good to have Skills: SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW or BW/4HANA, BW bridge, SAP HANA Cloud, SLT, ODP, CDS extraction, data products and enterprise data-platform integration.
• Experience designing SAP and non-SAP source connectivity, layered data models, data quality, lineage, cataloging, access controls, reconciliation and operational monitoring.
• Ability to choose federation or replication based on latency, volume, source load, transformation, retention, performance and recovery needs.
• Demonstrated experience in distressed programme or workstream diagnostics, stabilization, turnaround planning, remediation governance and recovery execution, with evidence of improving delivery confidence, data or application quality, performance, operational stability or go-live readiness.
  
  

AI and Digital Expectations:

• Use SAP Generative AI, Joule, Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI tools to analyse programme documents, technical artefacts, code or data models, tests, incidents, RAID logs and delivery data identify patterns, dependencies, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
• Apply human validation, confidentiality, security, bias awareness, traceability and compliance with client and organizational policies to all AI-assisted outputs.

• Communicate evidence-based findings clearly, facilitate accountable decisions and collaborate effectively across client, SI, business, architecture, engineering, data, security and operations teams.

Desirable Experience:

• Relevant SAP certifications in SAP BTP, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Generative AI or related technologies.
• Exposure to programme assurance, quality audits, commercial controls, multi-vendor delivery and S/4HANA transformation.
  
  

Additional Information:

• Typically 7-10 years of relevant enterprise application, data-platform or SAP delivery experience.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
