Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
• Ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
• Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices in coding and testing.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues to ensure smooth application performance.
• Ability to work with version control systems and manage code repositories effectively.
• Familiarity with integration of software components and ensuring compatibility across different platforms.
• Good problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and scalable software solutions.

• This position is based at our Chennai office.
