Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and across projects.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
• Experience with designing and configuring enterprise-level planning and budgeting applications.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Oracle Planning and Budgeting environments.

• This position is based at our Chennai office.
