As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to enhance operational efficiency. You will also participate in code reviews and testing to maintain high standards of quality and performance in the software you create.

• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in C# Programming Language.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with .NET framework and related technologies.
• Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in C# Programming Language.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
