The engineer acts as the central liaison, facilitating communication and driving progress to deliver high-quality software tailored to business requirements.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Conga CPQ solutions to meet complex business needs.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within the Salesforce Conga CPQ environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce Conga CPQ with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
