Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in COBOL.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with IBM CICS.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues effectively.
- Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with integrating software components and third-party programs.
