- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Trading Services Front Office.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Shell Scripting,Fidessa Product Suite, FIX Protocol
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in complex software systems.
- Familiarity with integration of front office trading systems and related technologies.
