As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, overseeing progress, addressing challenges, and facilitating smooth communication among teams to deliver effective software solutions.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google BigQuery.
• Strong knowledge of cloud data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Experience in designing scalable and efficient data models within Google BigQuery.
• Ability to optimize complex queries for performance and cost efficiency.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance standards relevant to cloud platforms.
